Texas Lutheran finished third in its inaugural race for the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Presidents' Trophy following the completion of the 2013-14 conference championships season this past weekend.

SEGUIN, Texas Texas Lutheran student-athletes Monique Anderson, Brent Peavy, Natasha Benavides, Troy Griffith, Ashley Meadows and Derek Kanas collected major awards Wednesday at the 2013-14 TLU Athletics Awards Program in Jackson Auditorium.

The Texas Lutheran track and field program, fresh off an SCAC championship, had 14 student-athletes earn spots on the SCAC All-Conference team.
